“Disembodied Goat Head Haunting” (2021) is a sculptural reliquary that feels excavated from a dream. Suspended between artifact and apparition, this work appears as part mythic creature, part haunted remains.

Built around an authentic found goat skull, the piece is transformed by handmade eyes and horns, with twisting, elongated forms that coil around the bone like veins or roots. Finished in metallic greens, bronzes, and golds that catch the light to make the surface appear alive and shifting, the sculpture confronts themes of mortality, transformation, and the strange beauty found in decay.
